Laut It Speaks is a documentary photo serie (2020) from when I visited the island of my Moluccan family for the first time; Itawaka.
(In the process the idea for the documentary film KRAMAT - in search of the ghosts was born. Researching the old ghost stories of the island, and how they until this day influence lives of the Moluccan people that were brought to the Netherlands in 1951.) (WORK IN PROGRESS)
